Classic Pop Up Picnic

The 2-hour Pop Up Picnic includes:
Blanket(s), Pillow for each guest,  Centerpiece, Flameless Candles, Drinkware, Plates and Silverware,  Catered Charcuterie Board ,  Cooler with Water and Sparkling Water, Bluetooth Speaker and Message Board, and Bug Spray.  Alcohol not included. Decor will vary.

$125 for 2.  $25 each additional person up to 12.

Premium Picnic

The 3 hour premium picnic includes:
Low profile Picnic table(s), Pillow for each guest, 2 Low Profile Chairs for additional seating, Umbrella, Blanket(s), Table runner, Centerpieces and Floral, Plates, Napkins, Silverware, Drinkware, Catered charcuterie board and Dessert Board, Ice Bucket, Water and Sparkling Water, Message Board, Wine opener, Bluetooth Speaker, and Bug Spray and Beach Game.  Alcohol not Included. Decor will vary.

$325 up to 6 guests.  $25 each additional person. 

Romantic Date for 2

Your 2-hour romantic picnic includes the following:
1 Umbrella, 2 Low Profile beach chairs, 2 Pillows, Low Profile Picnic Table, Table Runner, Floral, Candles, Drinkware, Silverware, Napkins, Catered Charcuterie Board and  Specialty Desserts, Water, and Sparkling Water, Wine Opener, Message Board w/ custom message. Bluetooth Speaker, Beach Game, and Bug Spray.  Alcohol not included.  Decor will vary.

$ 165 for 2 guests

FOOD: Charcuterie Grazing Board with assorted meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit, crackers and sweet + savory pairings.  Eco-Friendly to go containers will be provided.  Custom Assorted Dessert Board.

DRINK: Sparkling water and bottled still water.

Start to Finish Service

 The best part about a Pink Owl Picnic is that we do all the work!   All the setup and cleanup is handled by our team. All we ask you to bring is your friends!

Party Size and Online Booking Questions

When booking 2-6 guests, complete your booking online.   Available dates and times are listed. We only accept two parties per day.  If a specific date is not listed, please reach out, we still may be able to schedule you!  Parties of 6 or more should be directed through our contact form below.  Please let us know if you don't see a time/date that works with your schedule and we may still be able to accommodate.

What if it rains?

Rain cancellations could happen here on the Gulf Coast.  If inclement weather should arise, we have some options!  We can possibly rebook your picnic to another day or we can set up at your location inside! If we need to cancel altogether we can process a refund. 

Where can I have my picnic?

Current locations for hosting a Pink Owl Picnic include:  Your home or vacation rental, East End Beach, West End Beach, Cadillac Square, Green Park, or Audubon Bird Sanctuary. If there are any other places special to you on the island we most likely can make it work!
